Carol Louros serves as Vice President, Executive Finance Partner at Highland Capital Brokerage. A long-standing employee of Highland, she’s been in the financial services industry since 1981, accumulating a versatile wealth of knowledge and experience of the business, which has been of value to the positions she has held.

Prior to this role, she held various positions, including Vice President of Strategy and Business Transformation, Vice President of New Business, Vice President of Life Operations, management of the Commissions Accounting Team, and Director of Field Operations for the Northeast region. Before moving into a national role, Louros served as the Vice President of Operations for the New York Metro office, overseeing all office operations, creating efficiencies, and managing accounting responsibilities.

Louros began her career as an auditor for KPMG, focusing on clients in the manufacturing, service, local government, and distribution industries.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham Campus, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in N.J.

Residing in Ocean, N.J., with her husband, Louros enjoys spending time with her family, especially the newest member, her grandson, Henry. She is bilingual in Greek, and has a passion for traveling, cooking, and reading a good book.
