Jackie Hail serves as a Sales Support Associate for Highland Capital Brokerage in Birmingham, Alabama. Although new to the financial services industry, Jackie is responsible for assisting the sales team with pre-sale support including the application process and communicating with clients to obtain the information necessary to start the formal application process.
Prior to joining Highland, Jackie worked as a paralegal and legal assistant for 10 years. She was responsible for assisting lawyers in all phases of a lawsuit as well as working with clients to obtain and maintain all necessary discovery in a timely manner.
In 2015 she obtained her Life and Health Insurance License and still maintains it.
Jackie resides in Birmingham, Alabama. Although her parents are deceased, her sister lives in Birmingham and they are close and get together often. When she is not working, she enjoys going to Alabama football games and volunteers when she can. She also enjoys crocheting, eating out and loving on her sweet fur baby.
