Lee Heidgerken is an Assistant Vice President, DI Distribution at Highland Capital Brokerage. At Highland, financial advisors and independent agents turn to Heidgerken for advice on selecting the best long-term disability products for clients and crafting multi-life policies for companies. Heidgerken enjoys working with these advisors and agents to ensure their clients are matched with the most suitable products and policies.

Heidgerken entered the insurance industry in 1995 and has been a subject matter expert in Disability Insurance, Long-Term Care, and Longevity products for many years. 

Prior to joining Hallett Financial Group, now Highland, Heidgerken served as Director of Brokerage and Sales at Secura Consultants.

Heidgerken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and further pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas. In 2015, he continued his education, getting his Chartered Life Underwriter® designation from The American College of
Financial Services.
