Matt Kroeger

About

Matt Kroeger serves as Senior Vice President of Distribution for Highland Capital Brokerage. In this role, Matt leads Highland’s Relationship Management, Advanced Planning, and Sales Support teams. Matt collaborates with senior leaders to maximize Highland’s distribution strategies across all our customer segments and product lines.

Matt began his career in 2003 with Insurance Designers of America in Scottsdale, Ariz. He has significant experience in the financial services and insurance distribution industry, including roles in sales leadership, account management, sales support and case design, operations, underwriting, and new business.

Matt joined Highland in 2012 and held several positions before leaving to accept a role as a Key Account Manager for MassMutual Strategic Distributors. He returned to Highland in 2023.

Matt is Life and Health licensed in Arizona. He also holds his FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Matt lives in Phoenix, with his wife, Kelly, and their children, Carson and Quinn. He enjoys cheering on the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns, and stealing away to the nearest beach with his family whenever the opportunity presents itself.
