About

Michelle Radkte, serves as AVP, Strategic Institutional Account Relationship Manager for Highland Capital Brokerage. Radtke started in the financial services industry in 1991. She specializes in life insurance operations and relationship management. 

Prior to joining Highland, Radtke spent more than 15 years leading operations and strategic projects for Wells Fargo Advisors. During that time, she made key improvements to their operational platform and tools to align with multiple product distribution changes. She has been recognized for consistently streamlining and enhancing the advisor experience. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Prudential and The Hartford. 

Radtke holds the following designations and licenses: Minnesota Life and Health License, Series 7, and Series 99. 

Radtke is an avid space and weather geek who often chases the Aurora Borealis. She resides in Saint Michael, Minn., with her husband Wayne, and has two adult children, Jacob and Abby. She enjoys cooking, reading, volunteering, and spending time at the cabin in central Minnesota with family and friends.
