Philip de Kozan, MBA, ALMI, APM, CSSGB, CSM, CSPO, LPM, serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Transformation, and I.T. for Highland Capital Brokerage. With more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, Philip specializes in design thinking, the creation and execution of strategic roadmaps, and data analysis to meet customer needs.

Prior to joining Highland, Philip worked in process improvement, agile product management, and lean portfolio management for Protective Life.

Philip received his BBA from Millsaps College and an MBA from the University of West Florida. In addition, he holds the following designations and licenses: Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI), Agile Product Manager (APM), Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM).

A native of Gulf Breeze, Fla., Philip lives in Birmingham, Ala., with his wife and their three daughters.
